Deadline
Abstract submissions must be submitted no later than 11.59am (CEST time zone) on June 15, 2026.
Submission Guidelines
The research must be novel, innovative, contemporary, and of high scientific significance.
Abstracts must not have been published at any journal at the time of submission.
Each person is permitted to submit and be first author on one abstract. You may co-author as many other abstracts as desired.
Every abstract must be written in English, with the submitting author listed as the first author and expected to present the abstract at the meeting.
Abstract character count is limited to 2,000 characters (not including spaces).
Every abstract must contain the following components:
- Sentence stating the study objective, unless given in the title.
- Hypothesis.
- Brief statement of methods, if pertinent.
- Data.
- Summary of the results.
- Statement of the conclusions.
Abstract Presentation Format
All submitted abstracts will be presented as poster presentations.
A limited number of abstracts will be selected by the Scientific Board for oral presentation (free communications). Authors who wish to be considered for this opportunity are kindly requested to indicate their availability by selecting the appropriate option during abstract submission.
